Days: Most weeknights, Most weekends .
Average fame per run: Depends on the group, but usually 10-15+.
Builds? : Build Changes from time to time

Requirements: You must be open to learning, and listen very well, and have most elementalist skills unlocked, or have faction to do so. You also need ventrilo and a mic.
